What we store
When you sign in, LOUD Store stores your Minecraft UUID, current Minecraft username, order history and cosmetic entitlement records. During Microsoft Device Code sign-in, temporary Microsoft/Xbox/Minecraft access tokens are used server-side only to verify the Minecraft profile and are not intentionally retained after the sign-in session finishes.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. LOUD Store receives payment references, payment status and checkout-provided customer information such as an email address when available. Raw card details are not stored by this application.
Operational data
The admin audit log stores a one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address for security review. Standard web server logs may contain IP addresses according to your hosting configuration.
Deletion and support
For account or purchase data requests, contact LOUD through its normal support channel and include the Minecraft account name or a store order ID so the request can be verified.
